Our Restaurants

Feast BBQ was born from my childhood memories of no frills southern barbecue and church picnics, and built upon a foundation of refined culinary technique. Meats are brined for 48 to 72 hours before being hickory smoked, and all sides are made from scratch. The menu features classics like Brisket and Baked Beans, but also includes items like Pork Cakes, a riff on a crab cake, and Crispy Smoked Tofu Tacos. It's all served up alongside Bourbon Slushies, which are made in rotating flavors, like Mint Julep and Ale-8-One, which is a Kentucky ginger and citrus soda for y’all that don’t know. In 2013 Feast BBQ was named one of Eater National’s 16 Hottest BBQ Restaurants in the U.S. and the restaurant has consistently been voted Best BBQ by the readers of Louisville Magazine and LEO Weekly.

Royals Hot Chicken is my ode to Kentucky-style fried chicken featuring the burning joy of Nashville Hot Chicken and potluck sides. Our chicken is brined for 24 hours and hand breaded, with spice levels ranging from Mild to Gonzo. Classic Fried chicken is also available for those who can’t take the heat. An array of dipping sauces compliments our crispy fried chicken including Alabama White BBQ, Mississippi Comeback Sauce, and Kentucky Honey Mustard. Sides include Spicy Potato Wedges, a classic Broccoli & Bacon Salad, and Shells & Beer Cheese. Desserts like Apple Fried Pies and Boozy Milkshakes round out the meal and help to quell the burn. Royals Hot Chicken has been featured on Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour and has been consistently named among the best Fried Chicken in Louisville.

bar Vetti was opened in the fall 2017 alongside executive chef and co-owner Andrew McCabe. The restaurant is a laid-back neighborhood Italian restaurant on the fringe of downtown Louisville. Chef Andrew McCabe’s menu features fresh house-made pasta dishes, a rotating selection of brick oven pizzas, and seasonally sourced entrees and small plates that focus on our surrounding geographic region while staying true to the Italian foundation of the restaurant. The beverage menu offers Emily Albert’s take on classic cocktails, a carefully curated list of natural and fun wines, and a sizable selection of aperitifs, digestifs, and of course bourbon.
